We want you to be stoked on your order. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must not show signs of wear or damage
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to process it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem.
We offer exchanges for equal-value items, depending on availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return and make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Stickers
- Koozies
- Sale or discounted items
